We are pleased to announce that Protea have attained an ATEX directive for Equipment or Protective Systems or Components Intended for use in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres Directive 2014/34/EU. Notification Number: Baseefa ATEX 7765. ATEX is a legal prerequisite for selling within the European Economic Area, but IECEx gives maximum international acceptance and, if feasible, most customers elect to have certificates for both schemes issued at the same time.
